General terms and conditions.

1 -  Returns.
Unwanted products can be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, at the managers discretion, as long as it is unused and still in its original, unopened packaging.  This is in addition to your statutory rights, with the following restrictions:- 
a) We cannot refund or exchange goods that are a Special Order/or Made To Order or adapted to the customers specification of size, colour or style etc.
b) We cannot refund or exchange goods that are designed or supplied for personal hygiene.  This includes bathroom and toileting equipment/aids or any other products that can void health and safety regulations, if used.  

2  - Re conditioned equipment (mobility scooters etc)
We offer a 3 month limited guarantee on re conditioned equipment unless otherwise stated.
When new batteries are fitted we offer a 12 month manufacturers guarantee.

3  - Deposits on hire equipment will be returned as long as the equipment is in a " as supplied" condition and complete.
Any missing parts or damage will be deducted from the deposit.
The customer is fully responsible for looking after any hire equipment during the hire period.
We may pursue further costs should any damage /loss exceed the deposit paid.
We are unable to offer third party or accident insurance cover on hire equipment
